ROOROO Tri-Spinner Fidget Focus Toy

The RooRoo Tri-Spinner Fidget Gadget is an EDC [Every Day Carry] toy. I had no idea until I did some research that there are well over seventy unique styles and types of these fidget- focus spinners. There are more than thirty options from which to choose when it comes to the chain and cube varieties. It is the phenomenon of the year.

Those who might elicit benefits from fidget spinner use include people with: ADD, ADHD, anxiety disorders, Aspergers and Autism– and those are just the ones beginning with the letter “A.” Bad habits are easier to overcome for some. Enhanced focus is a benefit for me. Downtime is enjoyable.

This RooRoo Fidget Spinner Toy is a solid competitor among the field with its 608 inline skate bearings and ceramic body. The body design is the commonest on the market. My model came without the “ROO” lettering on the caps, which I do not mind in the slightest.

The spins are impressive with all of them lasting more than three minutes in my time trials.

Time Trials – Flat Surface

1 – 3 minutes, 10 seconds

2 – 3 minutes, 20 seconds

3 – 3 minutes, 14 seconds

4 – 3 minutes, 23 seconds

As you can see, the spins were amazingly consistent. I tried to give it a decent spin but surely did not put much strength into it. I wanted to get a baseline only. Most people would tend to get longer results.

Where this one shines is how effortlessly and smoothly it glides and that it has nearly no noise except a satisfying little whir. It cannot be much louder than a hummingbird’s wings. When used as intended, disturbing other people seems unlikely.

This RooRoo Fidget Spinner is not the glitziest model out there; it has no lights, nor multiple colors, for example. I do not require any of that myself. This EDC is a good, reliable spinner. Had someone told me I would be collecting “toys,” I would not have believed it. I finally found a trend I enjoy.

The RooRoo Tri-Spinner has a lifetime money back guarantee, so there is no risk.

Inflatable Travel Neck Velvet Pillow

This JXZH U-Shaped Inflatable Travel Neck Pillow Set includes the micro velvet cushion with a detachable, washable cover, a set of earplugs, an eye mask, and a handy carrying pouch to keep everything together.

It takes seconds to inflate, and the beauty of an inflatable cushion is that you control how hard or soft it is so that it is comfy for you– try doing that with a standard pillow. Deflating it also takes no time. You can store it that way for even more space savings, such as in a vehicle or your luggage.

I have used it in the car and enjoyed it during trips. I find it even more useful at home. Seriously, watching something or sitting up and reading in bed is better with this pillow on top of the regular bed pillow I use. It gives me support for my neck and head in addition to comfort. Otherwise, my head just sinks into the bed pillow, and it makes it hard to sit up properly. Mainly it is perfect for this use because of the camel-back shape design.

Bonebit Fitness Tracker Watch

This Bonebit Fitness Tracker Watch boasts a long battery life with an estimated 7-10 hours standby time and four days operating time on a full charge. To charge the watch, just detach the wristband and plug the end into an available 5V/1.0A USB power supply.

Using this heart rate monitoring personal device is simple. It does need a smartphone. It is not compatible with a computer or a tablet. This watch works with iOS 7.1 and above and Android 4.4 or above. You will need to download the free “Veryfit for Heart Rate” App from either the Apple Store or Google Play.

The sedentary alert is more convenient than the Chrome extension I had used. It still reminds me to get active often, and it goes with me. I expect to use this watch for more activities with increasing fitness levels. Primarily, for now, I am using the step counter. It is motivating me to increase my walking distance every day. It does take about thirty steps or so for the tracking to begin. Little changes can have long-lasting ripples, and I am looking forward to reaping the rewards on down the road.

The other feature I must brag on is the sleep quality monitoring function. I used to have an app that I loved that performed the same duty, but it no longer works. I have an adrenal condition, and frequent insomnia and knowledge about what is happening during sleep cycles may prove invaluable in reversing these difficulties. This Bonebit Fitness Tracker Watch is the right “step” for me at this “time.”
